The Credit Department of Bank Populaire Grand Ouest, a member of the BPCE group, chose ADOC Solutions to implement its automated processing solution for its credit files (individuals and professionals).
To automate the process, Bank Populaire Grand Ouest has chosen a hybrid solution, with centralization of the digitization process, automatic recognition of document flows (classification), intelligent management to respect file compliance (completeness, initials, etc.).
Prior to implementing the solution, all documents were received in hard copy, then distributed and processed manually. Today, document assignment is done automatically – incoming documents are easily scanned and classified. Then, based on the information extracted, they are automatically sent to the employees in charge of processing. The solution was adapted to the needs and requirements of the bank and quickly implemented. It was easily adopted by the bank's teams because of its ease of use, its ergonomics and the added benefit to customers in terms of response time and simplicity in the exchange of documents.
